Roman mosaic, Cherchel

The octagon in the Cherchel version has some internal geometric ornamentation which is omitted.

• The symmetry group of the tiling is 22* (pmg).
• All the internal angles of the constituent polygons are a multiple of 15°.
• Contains three regular hexagons.
• Contains one regular octagon.
• There are two non-regular reflective tiles.
• The tiling does not satisfy the two-colour condition.
• The tiling is not edge-to-edge.
• As drawn, contains about 107 polygons.
